Aaron Long

Aaron Long, along7.eth, is the collector this whole archive belongs to, and he did not arrive at art so much as circle back to it. He grew up loving it, art classes in school, art history in college, a grandpa who painted, a museum in every city he visited. He also came to crypto early, buying Bitcoin at eighteen in 2013 and holding through every cycle since. A statistician and economist by schooling and a data scientist by trade, he treated crypto the way he treats data, patiently. He was there for the first NFTs and walked away from all of them, because he did not like the art. Web3 gaming pulled him deeper: he founded and led the Web3Long guild across four games and won a Blocklords Season 1 and Season 2 crown. But the utility proved hollow and the culture curdled, and the lesson that stuck was that culture, not tokens, is what makes or breaks any of this. In June 2025 an old guildmate showed him DeltaSauce's FEED, the art finally landed, and his first buy, the grid on June 18, turned into a collection of hundreds. He collects into a cold wallet (the vault, along7vault) fed by his hot wallet (along7.eth), posts as @pengwinpants, and makes art of his own too, a series of animated landscapes minted on Tezos through objkt. A lifelong art lover who took the long way around, and this gallery is what happened next.
