The maker's corner

Made by along7

I collect far more than I make, but I do make things. Most of it lives on Tezos, minted through objkt: a run of animated landscapes, a loop each. A couple of photographs round it out. Here they are.

Generative

Fly Trace Rave

A documented fruit-fly brain circuit watches one music video a year, 1976 to 2026, and walks on a sheet of paper. Six feet leave the pigment. Fifty-two plates, and the fly composed none of it.

Moving paintings

Landscapes I animated into short loops and minted as editions on Tezos, through objkt. They are meant to be watched, not just looked at.

Photographs

The occasional photograph. One of them, a burst can of soda, even found a collector.

Crushed Dreams by along7 — **Crushed Dreams**A can of orange Crush, left in the freezer until it burst. I photographed the wreckage and called it destruction turning into something beautiful. Minted on Ethereum, and someone actually collected it.On OpenSea ↗

Physical edition

The collection stays on chain. This is the part you can wear: the wordmark, the slogan, the banner, printed when you order.

This is only the making. The rest of what lives on Tezos, nearly 2,000 pieces I have collected on objkt, hangs on these walls with everything else. Back to About →
