Digital noise created by a custom-built fault-injection toolkit that deliberately fractures visual structure. The image is generated through randomized module stacks and layered passes, stochastic pixel rewrites, block overwrites, recursive corruption loops, palette permutation, and destructive layering algos which produce structural breakdown.
