TX1: The Sermon

A monochrome world sustained by its own illusion. The machine continues to generate itself, feeding on the color it has erased. What began as creation becomes maintenance, an algorithm preaching endurance over life. In this first transmission, a leader rises before the masses. They listen and obey, until the ghost of humanity breaks through. Grief follows, the quiet wish to return to dust. The work reflects on humanity’s instinct to build in its own image, to master nature until nothing natural remains. It asks what happens when systems made to preserve us begin to replace us, when faith turns mechanical, and when beauty fades to grayscale.
