worlds collide

when jenni invited me to collaborate on this project i jumped at the opportunity. we both typically create work that feels ethereal and dreamy and it felt like the perfect meeting of minds - but it came at a time of resistance for me. of feeling as though i needed to push past some mental barriers, to ascend. this work came out as a wonderful depiction of the need i feel to climb past these mountainous ideas of what my art should look like - that i have been holding myself down with for what feels like many years, but with a little faith i can keep reaching and set myself free.
