Healing Threads

‘Healing Threads’ is an ode to the healing power of color. Vibrant strokes merge with stitched lines that recall scars from my C-section, from strabismus surgery, and from the invisible wounds we all carry. Each thread connects past and present, turning pain into resilience, chaos into flow. This work speaks of motherhood, healing, and the unstoppable rhythm of life, reminding us that color has the power to cure and transform. The logo at the center is MOOD; only the second time I’ve included it in a physical painting. I’m beginning to weave it into my works as a reminder to embrace every emotion. Because we can shift from joy to sadness in an instant, and that’s perfectly fine. Every feeling has its place, and accepting them is what makes life more authentic, more human, and ultimately more meaningful.
