✦ the between [ marfa, tx ] 10.17-10.18 the between is an immersive art installation and a prelude to my forthcoming < nine doors > project, built inside a custom-fabricated trailer in marfa, texas. this project explores memory - not as something that lives in the past, but as a dimension we can enter and explore. over the past several months, i’ve built an environment where light, sound, story, and structure converge. inside, there’s a single bench surrounded by 3d-printed geometric walls, projection-mapped displays, spatial audio and custom lighting that shifts and breathes as the piece unfolds. at its heart is a 25-minute film made entirely of new, original artwork and original music i created for this experience. the between is meant to be more than something you look at or listen to - it’s something you enter, feel, and experience. metadata will update to reveal the 25 minute film Saturday 10.18, at 8:18pm CT.
