CROWD OF FORGOTTEN MEMORIES | MULTIDÃO DAS MEMÓRIAS ESQUECIDAS

Series ~ SEA OF PEOPLE. I take ownership of images in free databases, then select specific frames and transform the image to black and white. The analog process consists of printing the image and interfering with it with oily pastel. After scanning, I create frame-by-frame animation in Photoshop, erasing the image as if it dripped under the surface. A visual reflection on the collective memory of society about historical events. | João Salazar | 2021
